Cry The Sorrows - Poetry Wednesday

Cry the Sorrows
Cry the Sorrows

Weep for me
Mournful cliffs
Let the wind
Sing of sorrows
And on this day
Filled with loss
Of promise gone.

Cry the sorrows
Of loves and lives lost
An those that have moved on
Beyond the canyon walls
Sing of the memories
Etched in the cliffs
The sorrows of ages past.

Let the cliffs weep
For all they have seen pass
Cry the sorrows
Faces of stone
For all that has been
Cast off
Weep tears for love gone.

  7. I was looking at Crying Of The Sorrows again and I know this is going to sound weird but
I don't see the birds...did you hide them in there?
I'm going to try to copy your high resolution one from facebook so I can brag on my youtube channel.
I know you are busy so ...gone to get that pic.
No hurry. I stacked firewood & bagged weeds from the lawnmower yesterday...I can barely move YIKES
Jacqui you are just way too cool for words.

  8. Day scenes have birds. And the night scenes have spiraled stars, Ava.
